From October 16 to 18, 2026, Mantua’s historic center will host Sbrisolona & Co., a festival dedicated to the famous *sbrisolona* cake and the finest Italian pastries.
Over the course of three days, the event will feature tastings, producer stalls, cooking demonstrations, pastry chef competitions, talks, shows, concerts, and street performers.
Naturally, the sbrisolona will take center stage, accompanied by traditional sweets from various Italian regions.
