From Friday 13th to Sunday 15th October 2023, the second edition of Sbrisolona&Co will take place in the historic center of Mantua, the festival dedicated to sbrisolona, the cake made of crumbs which has its origins before the 1600s when it also arrived at the Gonzaga court. Alongside the sbrisolona there are the gastronomic confectionery excellences of Lombardy and all of Italy, with a special section dedicated to the artisanal chocolate sector.
